Unnatural Bodyset (Legendary)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 5

Horns aren't a very common sight in BAs, but have begun to be more prevalent in domesticated Beatus'. Almost no wild BAs have been seen with horns, excluding those seen with Fawncy, and even when a wild BA is seen to have horns, they aren't extravagant. Wild Beatus that have horns will often have more basic horns that aid them in survival.

Unnatural Horns are typically only seen in domesticated BAs, this is due to how brightly colored their horns tend to be when unnatural. Horns will be bright and vibrant in color. Color muts DO still go over unnatural horn colors.
A bodyset is any singular symmetric PAIR of horns located on the body.
Bodysets can be connected, either to themselves or to other horns.

Natural Horns are seen on all BAs, but more commonly seen in domesticated BAs than wild ones. Horns will be fairly neutral and match a color on the coat, most typically, they're seen being the same color as the hooves. Color muts DO still go over natural horn colors.

Expression Examples

Identical (Extremely Rare)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 4
Breeding result ONLY

Identical causes two to three BAs to be identical in a litter. There can be slight differences in the designs, but they should fundamentally be identical. IDs will be marked on the imports.

Identicals with Chimera[any variety] are a little weird. The coats will be identical, but chimera placement can be different! Which can cause larger differences due to how Chimera as a whole functions.

Fuzz (Extremely Rare)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 4

Fuzz allows fur and fluff growth to be almost anywhere on the body. Fuzz will be the same color as the mane.

Webbed Horns are a very new development in BAs, and are ONLY seen on domesticated BAs or their descendants currently. This is due to extremely selective breeding of more spiked sets of horns then bred back to less spiky ones to have growth between the spikes. The webbing will always be somewhat transparent, and can even rip on those with extremely transparent webbing. Horns can be neutral like Natural Horns, or bright and color like Unnatural Horns. Color muts DO still go over unnatural horn colors.

Expression Examples

Minimalism (Legendary)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 5

Minimalism causes a Beatus to be 8 hands shorter than the average range or parent range. For example, the average Angel height is 13-15, so a mini range would be 5-7.
Can ONLY be Rolled in Breedings

Effects
Depending on their height, Mini Beatus cannot be ridden by adults

Maximalism (Legendary)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 5

Maximalism causes a Beatus to be 8 hands taller than the average range or parent range. For example, the average Angel height is 13-15, so a maxi range would be 21-23.
Can ONLY be Rolled in Breedings

Sterile (Extremely Rare)

Category: Other Mutations
Trait Count - 4

Sterile BAs cannot breed at all.

Can be gained through breeding two Infertile together.

Overgrown Tail Feathers (Uncommon)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 2

Overgrown tail feathers are the envy of every and Nephilim and Angel. The longer tail feathers allow for better control in the air. Most common in Nephilims.
Can be Rolled in Breedings

Effects
Aids in ariel steering, making them more adept at ariel agility courses

Bobtail (Uncommon)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 2

Bobtail is extremely common in Angels but can be found on any type. Bobtail is where a Beatus' tail is shorter than what is normal for their type.
Can be Rolled in Breedings

Effects
Struggle with; Dressage, Jumping, Pole Bending, and Agility

No Tail Feathers (Extremely Rare)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 4

Sometimes, Nephilims and Angels will be born without tail feathers. This is frowned upon, as they are lacking something important. A Peafowl with no tail feathers will grow a normal equine tail.
Can be Rolled in Breedings

Split Tail (Common)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 1

Split tail is where the tail splits at some point. This can be right at the base of the tail, or further down.
Can be Rolled in Breedings

Tail Feathers (Rare)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 3

Every now and then, a Demon will be able to grow tail feathers! It's rare and quite pretty.
When paired with Peafowl, a Demon will grow a tail like that of an Angel or Nephilim Peafowl

Tuft (Uncommon)

Category: Tail Mutations
Trait Count - 2

Causes 2-10 long tendrils to grow from the base of the tail feathers
Length of the Tuft matches the general length of the Tail Feathers present on the design. If there are no Tail Feathers present, it won't ever be longer than the Tail itself, but can be any length.
Tuft will always end in a feather, which can also vary in length [feather should never take up the whole tendril]
Affected by Glow and color mutations
Affected by Transparent Wings

Curled Tail (Extremely Rare)

Stunted Wings (Rare)

Category: Wing Mutations
Trait Count - 3

Stunted wings are where a horse's wings won't grow to a suitable size for flight, effectively grounding them for life. It's not confirmed, but it's suspected that if horses with stunted wings are bred together, this could eventually lead to horses without wings.
