Orange Breytir[Bry-o] (Legendary)

Category: Modifiers
nBry | Bry
Trait Count - 5

Breytir is a coat modifier that completely alters the color of the coat. It has attached modifiers that indicate it's color, red, blue, and yellow being the foundation colors.
Currently, there are three colors present in breytir, red[-r], blue[-b], and yellow[-y]. However, upon breeding and mixing the different colors, more began to pop up, primarily seen as orange[-o], green[-g], and purple[-p]. Even when breeding for these color combos, they are much more rare than the classic colors of breytir.
Breytir acts like a normal gene, so things like countershading and other gene interactions are entirely normal and will be viable. A breytir BA with single cream will have an inherently lighter coat, as dilutions will still do their job of diluting the coat.
- Flight feathers and webbing will match mane color.
- Hoof color tends to be slightly darker than the skin color.

Piebald[Alb-] (Legendary)

Category: Anomalies
Piebald | nAlb- | Alb-Alb-
Trait Count - 5
Not currently orderable on imports.

Piebald is a partial expression of albino. So instead of the entire coat having disrupted melanin production, it only happens in certain areas. Piebalds will also have red eyes if they have a lack of pigment around their eyes. Their skin is always pale pink, and their hooves only a tiny bit darker.
- Flight feathers and webbing will match mane color.
- Mane can be slightly darker than the coat, it will never be lighter though.
- Hoof color tends to be slightly darker than the skin color.

Piebald also affects BA specific mutations. Mutations that are white will not display on the coat at all. Mutations that are dark in color, like Zebra, will display very lightly against the coat. Mutations that are colorful, like Peafowl, will display but be extremely pastel in color.

Eye Colors
Red, Pink, Red-Orange

Corrupted Piebald[Mel-] (Legendary)

Category: Anomalies
Corrupted Piebald | nMel | MelMel
Trait Count - 5
Not currently orderable

Corrupted piebald, or partial melanism, is similar to piebald but has the opposite effect. It disrupts the production of melanin but in the way of causing the coat to overproduce and become extremely pigmented, causing dark brown, almost black coats. This also affects the eyes of a Beatus with melanism, causing them to have very dark-colored eyes. The only part of a melanistic BA that isn't darker, is their skin. Their skin will be slightly lighter than their coat color.
- Flight feathers and webbing will match mane color.
- Mane can be slightly darker than the coat, it will never be lighter though.
- Hoof color tends to be slightly darker than the skin color.

Corrupted piebald also affects BA-specific mutations. Mutations that are black will not display on the coat at all. Mutations that are light in color, like Zebra, will display very faintly against the coat. Mutations that are colorful, like Peafowl, will display but be extremely dark in color.

Eye Colors
Dark Brown, Dark Orange, Dark Yellow, Dark Green

Category: Passable Trait

This trait is most commonly seen in the Royal Family.

Pupil Shape (Legendary)

Category: Passable Trait
Trait Count - 5

Pupil Shape causes the natural shape of the pupil from type to be different. This can allow the pupil to either mimic a different type's pupil shape, or be entirely different, like a star or heart.

Ragdoll[RD] (Legendary)

Category: BA Muatations
nRD | RDRD
Trait Count - 5
Created by DaretoDream0

Ragdoll was made to celebrate DaretoDream0 's birthday. So it is only importable during the month of December. It also has a 30% chance to randomly appear in breedings in that month.

When breeding a Ragdoll the foals stitching colors will be directly influenced by the parent or parents. Meaning, colors and design. They won't be exact copies, but there does need to be influence.

Traits and Markings
All paint markings[excluding kit roan] are turned light/darker(and usually slightly more/less saturated than base)
Appaloosa[excluding varnish roan] markings are optional to turn, and will sit below Ragdoll when unaffected. Spotted blanket and snowcap are required to be affected by Ragdoll.
Stitching to 'hold' white markings to the main coat, can be any ONE color
If white goes over/touches the eye, it will become a button
Can have stand-alone stitching, which typically occurs when there are no or minimal white markings.
Patches can have patterns
Skin will not show on the affected areas

Passable Traits

Gemling[LT] (Legendary)

Category: BA Muatations
nLT | LTLT
Trait Count - 5
Created by Longtailsally

Gemling causes gems to grow from a Beatus' coat. The gems can grow pretty much anywhere, but avoid joints and soft spots as to not cause hindrance on a BAs quality of life.
Gemling was made to celebrate longtailsally 's birthday, so it is only importable during the month of May. It also has a 30% chance to randomly appear in May breedings.

When breeding a Gemling the foal's gem colors will be directly influenced by the parent or parents. Meaning, colors, design, and locations. They won't be exact copies, but there does need to be an obvious influence.

Traits and Markings
Gems growing from the body.
Affects eye and hoof color.
Can be any gem color.
Mostly grow as uncut gems.
Must have at least 2 clusters of gems.
If a Beatus grows too many gems, they will need to be groomed down to ensure quality of life.
