Allows for a user to manipulate the level of LWS a geno has. This will enable a user to either increase or decrease the level.
So if foal is rolled with WW-3, you could make it WW-2 or WW-4[which is stillborn].
DOES NOT protect from stillborn, but can *reverse* stillborn effect if the number is lowered to allow that.
Applied AFTER a breeding has been rolled via prompts!
LWS Tester can only be applied ONCE per MYO!!!
